If all of your Creative Cloud products say “Try” or “Buy”:
- When you log into Creative Cloud make sure you select “Personal Account” and NOT “Company or School Account”. If this doesn’t work, proceed to step two.
- If necessary: contact your IT department and ask them to remove you from their Adobe Acrobat Grouper.

Tip: If you are trying to use Creative Cloud and at any point log in with eID, log back out and select “Personal Account” when you log in. Creative Cloud requires an Adobe ID (created by yourself) and cannot use eID.
