This form is for the renewal of your ZOOM license. Your ZOOM license was renewed 7/1/22, but RAMtech has not sought payment until now. The cost of renewal is $50, if you do not fill out this form by xx/xx/2023 your license will be deactivated. Thank you, RAMtech Staff.
